"Parking was great right in front of your room, the property is aged, but the rooms were clean air-conditioning and heating worked. We needed both on our trip lol. The staff was very kind and worked with me before the trip to modify my reservation even when Expedia was making it difficult minor challenge they said breakfast was served at 7 AM and when I got there at 7:15, nobody was in the lobby, which put a crimp in our schedule. I believe they didn’t show up until around 7:45. That’s a minor...

"The reservation for an accessible room with a walk in shower was not carried out, Our room had a tub. The room was minimally equipped for a very high price of over $200 for the area.
The room next door had guests paying very loud music. The were shouting and banging walls until the middle of the night. There was no intervention by staff. Police had to be called when we were checking in to quell a dangerous situation with another guest.
Breakfast was poor.

"We've been visiting this hotel for many years. It has a path in the back leading right to buttermilk falls State Park, which is huge highlight. But the hotel did change ownership in 2024, and it seems it's still finding it's stride since then.
There were renovations last year, which we were excited to see. We found the resulting lounge well done but quite small. The lobby is nice but not a huge change.
Seems they need to work on the rooms... our room needed a new shower fan and toilet seat...

"The Inn was delightful and exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Rose Suite, which was spacious and well appointed. Comfortable beds, terrific shower. The restaurant and some amenities weren’t available because it was late March so off-season, but the grounds are beautiful and the breakfast was very good with excellent variety for continental. The falls are immediately past the Inn, an easy, short hike. "
