"I stayed at this property, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The entire area was full of trash, and the environment felt unsafe. Most of the staff were unhelpful. I didn’t have the Uber app and asked for help getting a taxi, but they told me to call myself. After I downloaded the app, I asked how to use it, and no one even looked at me despite asking multiple times. Two front‑desk staff in particular were unprofessional: the man with the mustache spent the whole day...
