"This hotel was very dated and dirty. It looked okay from outside but each rooms were very dated and dirty. Especially bathroom. I refuse to take shower for whole stay. it was a nightmare to stay in this motel. I even hate Sunnyvale because of this trip."

"I don't usually complain, but this was not great - it WAS clean, though. When we checked in, the clerk was on a personal call, and asked us to wait. 3-4 minutes later, we finally were taken care of. We got to our room (upstairs, no elevator and we're both in our 60s), one wall-mounted lamp didn't have a chord long enough to plug in anywhere. We tried calling, but the phone didn't work. We asked in the lobby about an extension chord and got a blank look. TV service was horrible! The guide channel...
