"Room was clean and staff were cordial. Main problem was that the bathroom needed a definite remodel. The tub used to be a jacuzzi type and they had tried to reglaze over it, but at this point the paint was peeling and it looked awful. Also, the towel bars were all spotted with rust. They just need to spend a few dollars to do a cosmetic upgrade. Also, there were ants that showed up if you dropped a crumb on the floor. Not a deal breaker, but did not add to the ambiance. "The staff was excellent and consistently helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. My only disappointment was with noise from the adjacent room. Several times we could hear loud talking and speakerphone discussions from the next room. Not sure if it was just that guest being too loud or inadequate sound isolation between the rooms. Pastries in the coffee shop were quite good!"
