"This house was perfect for my family. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful!! It’s nice when you can get away from the regular hustle and bustle and just relax!!Hollie was the best host we have ever had with the many houses that we have stayed in!! We will definitely stay here again!!"

"We had a very nice three day visit! Very peaceful neighborhood. Seemed like a lot of retirees. Very clean & well taken care of home with a great extensive back porch which is partly screened-in. We didn’t have a boat, but we fished off the very nice fully lit boat dock, that has two boat stalls with lifts. Owners were very quick to reply. Could use a little more versatility in the department of pots & pans. But we would definitely recommend this property!"

"We loved the property and lake. Thank you for sharing it with us. We were able to enjoy a quiet weekend away and my son got to kayak around the lake-doing what he wanted for his 17th birthday. "

"Well maintained and well kept place to stay. We were just staying for a night, but this would be a great place to spend some time at. Close to the lake, and just off the beaten path. While, still being close to any amenities you might need."

"Very enjoyable and quiet guest apartment. There are stunning historical homes in this neighborhood. This two bedroom plus a dine in kitchen second floor guest quarters was a perfect accommodation while visiting friends in Tyler."

"This was a great place for us during our visit to Tyler. The check in was so simple and the home was extremely clean. The hosts were quick to respond and communicated very well! I would highly recommend this home to everybody coming into Tyler! "

"I had surgery on Wednesday we went to the lake house Thursday morning. Check in was easy and everything was ready when we arrived.. i would recommend bringing a wagon it awalk to the dock. Over all we really enjoyed staying at the little lake house. "

"We had a great time at the property! We enjoyed cooking on the grill, making smores in the firepit, and eating dinner on the porch with a view of the lake ahead of us! The lake was just a short walk down a trail, but the catfish were biting (I caught 25 in all) and it was super peaceful. Our hosts communicated with us throughout the stay, and it was a great stay overall! We'll definitely be back"
