"I would come back for accommodation next trip. Lovely clean and comfortable stay."

"Free parking on street, location was near beach, no ice machine, drink machine not working, staff did not tell us about new shower knobs to turn on so I missed my tour that morning trying to shower had to take a bath could not wash my hair. I arrived later in the day on flight from east coast. If I could have woek to shower I would not have missed my tour for the morning and not been so unhappy ..I felt the night clerk should have informed us since we where from out of state and only 2 rooms...

"The building has a second and third floor. They do have parking but it can be tricky to get into. The spots are kind of tight. The rooms are very clean and well stocked. You dont hear very much of the street noise."

"If you have a meeting at the Presidio, the location is hard to beat. You can roll out of bed and practically be there. Like many hotels on Lombard, this Travelodge is pretty basic. If you are looking for a clean room with a decent shower, you should be pleased. The one aspect of the room that I give a terrible rating to is the wi-fi system. It sucks. "There is noooo customer service. The male at the front desk has a horrible attitude and seems to be in a bad mood at all times even the way he answers the phone is so unprofessional. When I booked it said breakfast was included but there is no breakfast."

Reported to front desk, was told that every room were working. Blamed my lap top which is 3 months old. Even tv continue to freeze even though it is wired. Vanity lamp and mirror in the bathroom were glaringly rusted. This facility was marketed as a hotel. It is NOT. Sign says MOTEL. This facility does not...

"The hotel room was fantastic. Easy to use AC and spacious room. Little noisy first night from the neighbors bumping around but with the AC running and my own fan, didn't hear anything. Loved the cafe near the lobby. The fireplace was awesome, especially early mornings waiting for the uber driver."
