"The breakfast was very good ... hot food, including French toast, pancakes or waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage each day. The dining staff were very polite and friendly. The pool was warm and lovely. The hot tub was quite hot and only a few of the jets worked, but it still was nice to relax in. The room was comfortable and we received new towels each day (4 night stay). The only bad thing about this property is the parking garage! It is SUPER NARROW with large columns dividing...

"We spent 3 nights at the hotel and had an excellent experience! The beds were very comfortable, the pool was EXCELLENT including a fun slide for the kids (and adults). The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great amenities - shampoo and conditioners were lovely. The breakfast for purchase was excellent. Lots of options - even for our family who are gluten free. Overall, I would book our next stay in Winnipeg at this hotel without question. Highly recommend."

"Had to move rooms because blinds were not working. The deadbolt in second room did not work. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows and I’m grateful for that. The lobby complementary coffee was excellent. Staff were great, but it would’ve been wonderful if they could’ve greeted with a bit of a welcome instead of just checking me in without any emotion or smile or anything I was coming at a very difficult time on a very difficult trip. It just would’ve been nice to be greeted...

"Staff was not very informative as to why price on total from expedia and price being charged was double. Then told me one price and put thru a completely different price on my card. As all this was happening 2 people where attempting to steal the bikes outside of hotel which staff had to leave to deal with as no one else available. When tried to cancel room staff not very helpful and told me that unable to cancel then was able to cancel. Was very confused as customer and not impressed"

"The hot breakfast was such a nice touch and much needed after a late night flight in. The rooms are clean and come equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. Parking on site is an additional $12/day and the swimming pool is closed indefinitely."
