"The room felt damp and there was a film of cleaning fluid on the floor so you couldn't walk barefoot in the room and it was a little slippery.
There were no towels at the pool (even though we asked twice) so had to walk to our room wet.
The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant / bar were lovely. The restaurant food and Radyus bar were both great. Very good negroni!"
