"Room was comfortable and enjoyed wine in the evening and breakfast in the morning, only a couple of things bothered us, the a/c did not work and there tv Chanel’s were scrambled and was not able to watch football games in my room, Had to go watch at restaurant."

"It was nice and clean."

"Very disappointed with our stay here. Room was terrible and not what we booked. It was a handicap room and not facing the ocean. Also did not include parking which was an additional cost I didn’t expect. Waiting for our room to be ready the heating and cooling system as well as the tv were very hard to operate as well as the shower. Would not recommend this hotel at all. The staff upon arrival were also very rude. We did not expect this considering the cost paid close to $800 for two night stay...

"I had terrible experience- Do not stay here, As someone with allergies, it was immediately clear to me that didn’t change the bedsheets before my check-in. I found out there’s a hair in the bedsheet. My allergies triggered instantly forcing me to wake up all night. The Wi-Fi connection is incredibly weak and unstable, continuously cutting on and off to the point where I couldn’t even use my devices. I called the front desk about the internet and they rebooted it multiple times, but nothing fixed...

"We enjoyed a pleasant night at this hotel while driving south on Hwy 1. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed resting by the pool in the sun, although it was not heated and very cold for swimming. The comfy outdoor furniture area was lovely to relax in, as well. The location was OK, about a mile walk down to Fisherman's Wharf with many choices of restaurants. The staff members we came across weren't the most friendly but OK. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for the night."

"I miss the human contact. Definitely a bots/ kiosk is not for me. Not a fan of codes. -No coffee cups in the office, so I couldn’t drink anything and didn’t have any in room, that’s why a real human is needed it because people take them all. -Grounds like steps and walking paths to rooms should be cleaned and washed often. Housekeepers were unfriendly. -Had some small issues with my stay but they were resolved by staff members, I appreciate that. -Hotel is eager to families also our room...

"personal súper atento"

"Made the stay even better"

"BEWARE, NO air-conditioning, needed windows to be open. We stayed in a city view room on the top floor. VERY NOISY till the wee hours and woken by garbage and delivery trucks every morning! That being said the room was BEAUTIFUL!! enjoyed the breakfast service and happy hour in the lobby."

"Location is good"

"For the price, this hotel is above average, but the Expedia photos set our expectations much higher. The exterior looks more like a motel, and when we arrived, we felt misled by how different it looked from the listing. The rooms are nice, but the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were poor. The food was average, breakfast options were limited, and parking could be a hassle. The pool was disappointing, too—don’t bother packing your swim trunks. The highlight was the staff, who were...
