"The AC Ballantyne was more than expected. The facility is gorgeous with numerous of restaurants in walking distance. You don’t have to leave the hotel for anything! The staff was very friendly. We received a warm welcome. We were able to watch the GA vs Bama’ game in the bar area with other patrons and had a wonderful time. I highly recommend the hotel for your residing pleasure."

"The property was ok. but the breakfast was cold"

"The room was clean and location well taken care of. Staff was quick to help with a toilet issue. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing but good. Apple Juice was watered down when I got a cup"

"Parking and location were good. Hotel was fine. What you would expect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again."

"Clean rooms helpful and friendly staff."

"While the hotel was mostly clean and well maintained, a few things did fall by the wayside... Almost none of the ice machines were working. The bar area, which opened up after 4pm was usually under staffed and not responsive... The front desk staff was somewhat helpful but not always. Overall though, it was a nice hotel in a convenient location for a fair price."

"The room was very spacious for sleeping up to 6, a great desk area and we loved the separate toilet and shower. Overall very convenient if you’re planning a trip to carowinds PLUS don’t forget to ask about a parking pass so you don’t have to pay for a parking spot at carowinds. Very clean and the staff was professional and helpful! Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast, while there were a good amount of options a lot of the hot food was overcooked or too sweet, I wish there were more...

"The room was so comfortable and we loved the kitchen. The breakfast was good--nice crispy bacon!"

"Great staff! Great breakfast. Very clean and nice. They also have a score of 100!!"

"Very nice hotel! great customer service and well decorated, I stay just for one night but I could stay longer if had more time."

"We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!"
