"Great Pub/Hotel in a great location. Earls Court station was across the street and you could walk to Kennsington Palace and Hyde Park. We took the hoho bus which had a stop about 15 mins from the pub/hotel. Food and service were great, breakfast was awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. There were stairs to the rooms even if you took the lift a need to know for anyone with mobility issues. Would recommend for anyone wanting to visit London."

"Close to LHR although Hoppa buses were not timely but I had no issues on catching my flight. Streets near hotel were untidy with rubbish bags piling up along verges but neither comments are hotel issues. Staff were very professional."

"Hotellet ligger väldigt nära 2 st olika köpcenter. flera restauranger, bussar, tåg och tunnelbana. Trevlig personal. Väldigt stort fönster på rummet. Möjligen saknade jag en stol eller pall på rummet. Mycket trafik och livligt med folk utanför en bit in på kvällen. Men är man van vid stadsljud är det ingen större fara."

"What let’s this down.. is not advertising more that you have to park in a carpark, not on site.. the recording on Option 4 when you ring them sounds like they’re saying WD17. 2PF, I listen to loads of times then spoke to receptionist and she told me he was WD17 2PS.. but the staff are amazing Askwin (think how spell his name, in the restaurant looks after you like you’re his best friend he can’t do enough for you. "Super schönes Hotel, innen modern eingerichtet und renoviert. Große Zimmer. Sehr zentral zur U-Bahn und zur Bushaltestelle. Ruhige Gegend. Tolle und große Auswahl beim Frühstück, auch vegane Alternativen waren vorhanden. Super nettes und freundliches Personal. Wir haben auch zwei mal abends im Hotel gegessen und waren sehr begeistert von der Qualität und der Zubereitung des Essens. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen."

"I had a lovely stay at the Ember Locke Kensington this summer! The hotel itself is beautiful, fantastic bar and restaurant down in the lobby area. The room was fantastic and all of the staff were very kind & helpful. There's great options for food and pubs in the area & it's easy to hop on the bus or the tube to get around the city. I'd certainly recommend staying here! "

"The captain cook is a lovely unique bar and restaurant. The rooms are decorated with really nice “ship” touches. The manager was very welcoming and enjoyable to meet. Will be staying again as my son attending university at Imperial so handy for being close to the city yet still good for parking."

"Very warm welcome when checking in. Staff so helpful when we needed them. Lovely, comfortable room and to say we were on a very busy road, the room was so quiet!"
