"The hot tub and pool would benefit from more attention. Skimming for one. The hot tub jets were powerless, and the water level was low. This is unfortunate because it was a primary reason I selected this property. The blanket on the bed was too thin and light for my taste. The breakfast was highly commendable. That young lady does a wonderful job. The dining area is clean and the food is surprisingly good, and the selection very nice. She's friendly and upbeat also. I like the yogurt dispenser,...

"It's a great location, nice beds and large suites, but it's showing its age. Carpets need replacing, and you can only paint over the nicks and dents so many times. I'll stay again, but don't expect the Ritz."

"There aren't a lot of options in Peoria. This location was perfect for a local wedding and a clean soft bed. There is also a little walking/running trail right next to the hotel/freeway which was convenient. The staff was really kind and helpful which made things like some of the access/entry points not working and the door to the room opening right into the vanity not so aggravating. New carpet or LVP would make a huge difference in the condition."

"Our check in was awesome. BRIANNA was great! We loved her. We didnt spend much time here, but everything was good except our blinds in the room were stuck in the open position about 1/2 way. ( there is a switch in the wall to lift them up or down that didnt work) It was late when we got in the room so I didnt call about it. I took our pillows and shoved them in the window to help me feel safer. I didnt want people looking in. Thats just uncomfortable. I spoke to a gentleman at the front desk...

"This is a really nice property, and we were ultimately happy with our stay. The check in process was absolutely terrible. Check in is already later at 4pm - we arrived after 4, and were told our room was not ready yet, so we should go enjoy the pool while we wait - not sure how we were expected to do that without a room. I asked for a time estimate for how long the wait would be and was told ‘I don’t know’ & ‘we don’t have that information’ from 2 different people. I didn’t think my question was...

"Stayed one night. Very close to 101 freeway so it was very loud traffic noise all night. No hair dryer no coffee pot. Very minimalistic. Very basic. But kitchen area w full size fridge and dishwasher seemed nice though we didn’t use it, and good sized bathroom. Loud Fight/argument w a man and woman in the hallway at 5:00 am was not pleasant either All n all just would not recommend"
