"Quaint, clean property with easy parking, and cozy, wood-paneled dining room. We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. "If my daughter goes to Western, this will be my hotel of choice. The decor is beautiful. The people are so nice and kind the restaurant and the food are fantastic and it is connected to a ton of activities if you have other kids with you."

"The toilet was clogged when we got there and they just brought me a plunger to plunge it myself because it was after 6pm and there was no maintenance person on site at that time. The ventilation system was also very loud and we had trouble sleeping because of it. "

"Do yourself a favour and avoid this property at all costs. This is not a hotel it feels more like a cheap motel. The room was absolutely unacceptable and clearly not properly cleaned. The bed felt dirty, and the sheets didn’t smell fresh. There was someone’s hair on the bathroom counter, the shower had visible mould, and the shower curtain was filthy. There was also garbage left on the dresser, and when we opened the pullout couch, we found a used, dirty paper towel underneath. To make matters...

"Friendly staff. Clean room. Old amenities which need to be renovated. Especially room AC is not controlled. Room is very stuffy with bad ventilation. Close to many stores and restaurants. But right now the major road close by is under construction which build in inconvenient access "
