"This is a truly unique and wonderful hotel. I highly recommend it. It is not far from the downtown core and the parks where most of the festivals happen. There is a ton of parking available and its included which is great. The breakfast was much better than expected for something included. We would love to go back for dinner as the food looked incredible. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to book here its worth every penny."

Only recommendation is due to the location of the hotel, it would be best if there was both underground and/or secured parking for vehicles. "Had an excellent stay on the ground floor. There is easy access to the parking area via several doors. Checkin was quick, nights were quiet, and the breakfast buffet was decent along with choices of juice and coffee. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby, so location is outstanding, but you do have to drive. I would definitely stay again."

"Staff were friendly. Travelled with my 2 young children, husband and elderly parent. We were booked to stay 2 nights but left after one. The condition of the rooms that we were given was disgusting (room 103 & 107). Room 103 was worse than 107. There were lots of fruit flies and drain flies, rips in the couch and it was overall quite dirty. Even the blankets on the bed had rips on them. My children enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, the door to the atrium and the vent had been opened and the smoke...
