"We enjoyed our stay at Suncoast Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the staff, especially Summer, was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. However, one thing that disappointed us was the lack of a microwave in the room. Sometimes, we bring our meals back to the room and have leftovers that we would like to reheat instead of letting the food go to waste. It would also have been helpful to have a kettle for boiling water, along with sachets of coffee and creamer in the room. Overall, we...

"The only reason the review is not for 5star ...the elevator was broken"

"Great breakfast varieties clean rooms"

"Could not complain about this place! Staff was friendly and place was very clean. Love the pool!"

"Absolutely love it here"

"Clean rooms, very friendly service. Elevator thing was a bit confusing, but we eventually figured it out. Would be useful to have 4 full sets of towels in the room, so we didn’t have to ask for towels the first day. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the property"

"We booked a family trip to go to the Grand Canyon (west) but didn’t want to stay on the strip. We rented a car, the parking garage was excellent. It’s a newer hotel and very clean and in the perfect location. Near the highways, a 15 min walk to Fremont. Safe. Lots of construction in the area but we never noticed any issues. Breakfast gets busy so go early, not enough tables so you may have to eat in the lounge part. Check your bill when you leave, we got charged for $89 for exponentials even...

AC wasn't working, lights weren't working, hot water wasn't working, room was never cleaned even after physically walking down to the front desk and having it "noted on my reservation" I got home from a 19 hour day and had no clean towels. Kids on my floor were...

"Although the room was clean and the hotel was fine, from the time we checked in, their primary goal was to convince us to buy into their timeshare program. After checking in we were immediately redirected to meet with a lady to convince us to meet with someone to review their program."

"Great hotel"
