"It was a beautiful place to stay. Very comfortable. Near all the historic old towns in the area and Sedona. The room had a kitchen, dining area, living room area and a separate bedroom. Free washer and dryer on property, pool and hot tub. Will stay there again if ever in the area. Thank you."

"This was a wonderful little bungalow that allowed my partner and I to get some much-needed rest while waiting for our dog to have surgery at the Prescott Animal Hospital. Communication with the owner was wonderful and I couldn’t speak more highly for that interaction the ease of the rental and the property itself."

"Perfect getaway at the Grape House!l The location is convenient walking distance to all amenities, beautiful downtown area, shopping and eatery’s. Pleasant outdoor seating areas right outside the cottage door. Couldn't ask for a better host! Hope to return next year!"

"What a great place! It was super clean, had everything we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of nice touches, like bottles of water in the fridge, snacks on the counter, and coffee provided! I highly recommend. I hope to stay here again in the future!"

"The cabin had everything we needed for our little family. We loved staying in the woods with a short drive into town. Owner provided thorough information about the property and its amenities. If you are coming up from Phoenix, I highly recommend driving through Wickenberg/Yarnell. "

"FABULOUS STAY!!! Todd was easy to communicate with. The house and guest house were both tidy and having a fenced in yard was wonderful for our pup. Incredible peaceful location overlooking Prescott with a quick walk to downtown while not being in the thick of the nightlife. We'll be back for sure:)"

"This is year 3 in this cabin. We love it. It’s quiet with woods behind you. If you want hustle and bustle, this isn’t the place for you. If you want quiet and peaceful, book it. The cabin has everything you need and Whiskey Row in downtown Prescott is less than 10 minutes away. "
