"We were extremely pleased with our stay in AC by Marriott Hotel Honolulu. The hotel is located in a very good location if you are going on a cruise. It was a 20 minutes walk to the pier 2 cruise terminal from hotel. The hotel was not in a congested area. It was a quiet hotel and we got a good nights sleep, The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner got the room cool. The area around hotel and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. "

"Likes: Room overlooked the beach and downtown, washer, dryer available in room with kitchenette & refrigerator, adjustable climate control. Room seems well insulated as I did not hear any noises out in the hallway or from guests in rooms nearby. Room service was available. Rooms were cleaned & re-stocked daily--a nice treat. Pool was great for keikis & exercise room was well maintained with a variety of equipment. The pool area is spacious, quiet, well maintained, & not overcrowded at any time...

"Staff was amazing, we had an issue with our check in and they immediately resolved and even treated us to an amazing room upgrade for the inconvenience. Location was great and rooms were beautiful and super comfortable. Would stay here again."

"This hotel is very convenient if you like shopping at Walmart, Sam’s Club, Don Quixote, and Ala Moana Shopping Center. All are within walking distance. However, there are renovations going on in the hotel making for long waits to get in the elevator. $5 breakfast is the best!"

"Our room is in the Kona Tower, which is smaller than average hotel room but it does have everything we need including microwave and frige. It has a walkway straight to the mall on the 2nd floor and to swimming pool on 4th floor and then 13 floor has a convience laundry room where it stocked up on detergent for a few quarters, where you can get them exchanged from the front desk. It has housekeeping daily which is great. The self parking is great, never struggle to find parking space here. You...

"The room was small, as is the hotel itself, but the location was excellent and the room had a small fridge and microwave. A very good value for the price. The parking however, was expensive ($40) and the parking spaces small. So glad we got a smaller rental car, it would have been difficult to maneuver inside the parking area with a medium or larger one."
