"We stayed in the Romance Suite, it was VERY spacious, two bathrooms, comfortable bed, sitting area, and a balcony - though not wide enough to sit, it was long enough to walk. Rooftop pool with lots of space to lounge and get a drink at the rooftop bar. Very classy and high quality throughout. Good location, quiet. Amazing staff."

"The apartment itself was excellent. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, and well equipped. The living area was spacious, with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a balcony and excellent walk-in showers. A special mention must go to Alberto and Sania, who were outstanding throughout our visit. I have some mobility difficulties, and they were always kind, attentive, and willing to help. "Located just off the riverside with MANY shops, restaurants and cafe, this hotel was a breath of fresh air coming from Rome. Clean and well maintained it was a pleasure staying here. There are other tenants in the building and there was some minor construction going on but that did not bother us at all. Rooms were well maintained and the staff was warm and inviting. Will stay there again next time we are in Florence!"

"If you want to see in your room make sure to book a white room. The red room is super dark. The theme of the room is kind of strange. Definitely not for everyone me. Hotel food was ok. I probably wouldn’t go back. The one good thing is the location."

"The Rooms were large and spacious, very clean the location is 6 minutes away walking distance from Duomo and Piazza de la República and 5 mins away from Medici basilica and the main Train station. There is a mini market Carrefour close by if you need anything. The staff were very nice and cordial helped us a lot with Train info ( we did a day trip to Pisa) and headed to Venice on the fast train. I would stay there again."
