The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management. We will always do our best to provide advanced notice if access is required.

Early check-in: Please let us know if you plan a different arrival time. We can often accommodate early arrivals or late departures. The fee is $149 per service.

Parking: We do not provide parking at this location. Please use SpotHero to find parking spots nearby. The closest garages are at Legacy Parking Company on 365 W Huron St and River North Lot on 830 N Orleans St.

Occasionally, noise disruptions from these sources or other external factors may occur and are beyond our control. Additionally, water shut-offs for maintenance or unexpected repairs, as well as unannounced elevator maintenance, may occur. Please understand that we cannot provide refunds or compensation solely due to these issues which are beyond our control.

ENVITAE does not allow local residents to book homes for same day arrival. A local resident is defined as any guest who's primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property.

Perfect location, clean apartment and great views !

We were 5 adults and had plenty of space to make ourselves comfortable in the apartment, which was spotlessly clean. The location is super convenient, with plenty of breakfast/coffee options within walking distance. The host was also gracious with leaving extra coffee for us mid stay :) Will definitely be back !

Modern Space, Great Location

Modern, clean, loft apartment with plenty of space for the family to spread out, have their own bathrooms and be comfortable. Minimalist furnishings so not cozy but had everything we needed. Great location with a Starbucks a short walk. Griddle24 is across the street for great breakfast food in the morning.

River North Gem

The apartment is large, spacious, clean, and very well maintained. It has great amenities and in a great location. It was perfect for our family of 8. We did have problems with the lock app and gaining access and locking the apartment on the 1st day. However, the property manager was very responsive and helpful in trying to resolve this problem. Also, the listing states that there are 3 bedrooms with king size beds in each. The only king size bed was in the main suite. The other 2 bedrooms had queen size beds. Still very comfortable. Overall 5⭐️.
