"Staff was rude they stayed outside my window drinking and smoking all night. Staffbasked people walking past where to get meth from. Rooms are nasty and dirty . I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen. I looked under the sink and they had foils with black stuff on them. They had hair all in the bathroom on the floor. Manager kept entering the room in the moring. Told them I would be out by 11. But they kept letting themselves in. I had to push the door back...

However, we were told that we could be moved to a mountain view room the next day and that someone would contact us, but we never received any follow-up or room change notification. "My new favorite Denver hotel. The staff is amazing, the coffee bar, bar, and Delicious restaurant. We're all wonderful. I was even able to catch a jazz band out on the patio. A really nice touch to have when you're traveling. The rooms are clean and designed with thought. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. Despite being located on a Major Street it's very quiet. I'm always greeted with a smile when I come through the lobby. The lady who works nights watches out for me when I take my dog...
