"An old hotel bought up and then made self-service. Self checkin was not working and took an hour and I was sent to a “used” room. Finally everything was sorted out (thanks to Maryem). But I was understandably nervous and shattered by the end."

"Hotel is situated close to the old town center, on the street going to train station, however well isolated from street noise; the room we rented was huge , the largest we rented in our vacation in Switzerland , with plenty of storage, two desks with chairs; bed was also big and comfortable; even the bathroom had plenty of storage ; room had also an extra space a closed balcony with a table and two chairs . From our room we could not see the lake Geneve but the receptionist recommended a lounge...
