"The bed linning and towels were clean but everything else was dirty. The toilet was dirty, the balcony was awful, chewing gum underneath one of the beds, dusty everywhere, old juice in the fridge, only onw shower worked and the heating did not work. The owner had left two blow heaters and only one worked. I would never book this place again. Awful experience"

"We (3 adults) were very comfortable in the family room. Despite little storage/table space, the room worked for us for 5 nights. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating, responding to a last minute request for an elevator accessible room that was needed. The location near Victoria Station and many good restaurants is great. Would definitely stay here again."

"Stayed for 10 days in May. Clean modern tastefully furnished hotel. Very nice exterior, which is usually a good sign of the interior. Excellent stay, excellent service, nothing to complain about. Everything was up to standard. Great value for money. It's been a while finding a place like this.
Room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Nice clean room (101) & bathroom with shower and ac. Quiet place (good sound proofing) overlooking pretty hotel garden. There was a self-service coffee...

Especially the front desk agent that checked us in and also checked us out, went above and beyond. He was very kind, paid attention to our needs, explained everything in detail, was very empathetic. The best employee!! Also the doorman had a big smile for us every time we would walk by. he also recommended a great coffee shop. The room was beautiful and I am very grateful for the hotel...

As soon as we arrived at the Royal Horseguards Hotel we were warmly greeted by the doorman Mr. Pervez. Mr. Pervez along with the desk staff treated us like royalty.
The hotel lobby is stunning. The room was comfortable. I don't recommend the rooms with views of Thames during the spring/summer months because the foliage obscured the view. The Breakfast Buffet offerings were diverse and yummy.

"Fijn hotel op een fijne locatie. Dicht in de buurt van zowel bussen als metro's. Ik had een kamer zonder ramen en deze werd aardig warm, zeker omdat de airco stopt wanneer je de kamer verlaat. De kamer was klein, maar fijn (zeker als je alleen reist) en is voorzien van een nette badkamer met zeep. Het enige wat ik miste in de kamer was een waterkoker."
