"Nice hotel"

"What a splendid hotel!!! Gorgeous historic property with all the latest amenities. Every room is beautifully decorated, as is the lobby. Our room had a lovely private area on the patio. Staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Location is terrific - within walking distance to a variety of dining experiences. Wish we had stayed more than one night. Highly recommended!!!!!!!"

"Breakfast was false advertising…there was none. the bathroom had black mold, the room door wouldn’t shut because of weatherstripping coming off and one of the lights was broken hanging off the wall. The swimming pool had clumps of hair in the bottom. Hidden fees at checkout. Spend the same at a Best Western and get a much nicer stay. Sadly this was a mistake, next we will stay elsewhere"

"The entire experience at the Summerwood Inn was amazing! We were there for our daughter's graduation in San Luis Obispo, and it was such a peaceful contrast to the graduation hoopla. "This Motel really exceeded our expectations. It is a super cute property and the room was adorably decorated. I loved hanging out in the hammock first thing in the morning when it was still cool outside, and by the fire pit in the evening when the temperatures dropped as well. The pool area was amazing - no shortage of very comfortable seating with access to the bar and restaurant - so nice that it is restricted to 21 and older! "Upon arriving, there is a separate price for parking through a 3rd party app. Not disclosed on their website or Expedia. We reserved a room with a “hill view” and we got first floor looking to the parking lot. Front desk brushed it off and said they couldn’t do anything even though they still had other rooms open. 24/7 cafe was nice but the hot water dispenser had coffee flavored hot water. Our room was nice and clean but the body lotion was completely out making me think about what else they...
