"The hotel was beautiful. The only thing that spoiled the experience were the tiny ants in one of the rooms that were even on the bed. The staff were receptive and sprayed the room when we told them about it, but it did not eliminate this problem completely. The buffet was good and worth paying a little extra for. The location was excellent."

"This hotel is very well located on the east side just outside Chiang Mai's old town. You can walk to Tha Pae gate which is very famous for photographs and that takes you into the old town. We got a room on the 6th floor with a beautiful view of the old town and Doi Suthep in the background - would definitely recommend asking for a room facing the west."

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly. The vegan breakfast buffet was outstanding - lots of delicious choices. The room had access to the beautiful pool. In the room there was a huge king size bed - very comfortable. Great shower - quick heated up water. Clean. Safe. And quite affordable for the level of luxury they provide. I will definitely stay again! "

"The hotel is well located, clean and all equipment working fine and include a smart TV. The workers were very polite and helpful and the cleaning team very fast. The only problem is that the toilet paper have to be thrown to a bin and not in the toilet, this is commun in asia, but I think it should have been mentioned. Also hand soap is missing in the bathroom."

"The staff are so nice! The bottom floor is a cafe with a nice view towards the walled city. My room felt luxurious, with very high ceilings and an interesting layout. The amenities are pretty limited, but that does give it a pretty laid back and peaceful feel."
