Fine for an email or two but for any video or even non-video conferencing be prepared to cut out every minute or two. Incredibly frustrating. "The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"The hotel was perfectly good in every way except for the noise that carried on throughout the evening and stopped me from sleeping well. We didn't have any rooms next to ours and it was a Monday night, so really not sure what was the cause but I'd never stay again because of that. "We arrived at 3pm, the correct time for check in. We have NEVER seen such a huge queue for check in and such a disorganised system! People were checking in, no rooms available, people being asked to wait whilst rooms were being finished…. It was complete chaos in the reception area. Surely a hotel knows exactly how many rooms are booked, they should arrange for extra staff to be on if they have special offers on/special occasions etc to avoid this chaos. "The room on arrival didn’t have the aircon on and so was 28C - I messaged reception and was told it would cool down in a few hours. Worse though was that it had the stench of sewage and a strange and overpowering cherry smell as well but it has been a long day at work so the idea of going back down late at night wasn’t appealing. After a couple of hours in the room however I started feeling dizzy and nauseous and the smell has become overpowering having opened the bathroom door - I looked to see...

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"We were there in the hottest days of the summer. No air-conditioning made it rather uncomfortable, but then this would apply to many other places. With climate change now increasing temperatures year on year venues need to take such things into account when specifying their properties."
