"Great location and helpful staff, Wilson was always friendly when we entered and exited the hotel and on our last day, he helped us carry our bags to the train station and make sure we made it on to the train. The view from the pool and the room was incredible and the food at Qin was delicious. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!"

"I got really sick(severe abdominal cramps and diarrhea)with room service food and I was trying to tell them for them to be aware so no one else will get sick but they just brush off my concern. We also tried their buffet and I wasn't impressed especially for the price they charge."

"We were put for three nights at the Ritz Carlton millennium because of the overbooking at the Capitol Kempinski. It was very disappointing and also it was the first time in our many travels to 6 continents that we were placed in a different hotel due to overbooking. "What an excellent hotel. From the doormen that greet you as you enter to the reception and all the other staff, the treatment was wonderfull. The room was big and amazing with a wonderfull view. The bathroom was also large with everything you could possibly need. We had a club lounge room and the service there was superb. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We especially liked the food and drink there, it was so good. We will certainly return to the Fairmont should we go...

"Great location. Stayed at the rear unit, maybe much quieter than the front ones, since the streets were noisy at late nights. The designs are nice. The sink area in the bathroom might be a bit too small, but good enough for the layout to fit in the historical house. It's a pity that the window at eye level cannot be opened. Although there's not much view outside(rear yard), it would be nicer to have some visual connection with the exterior and have a good use of the traditional wooden blinds....
