"El hotel es la mejor opcion para hospedarte en Isla Mujeres, te brinda acceso a los camastros, la comida es excelente, los precios son más que razonables para la zona, y el personal está atento a todas tus necesidades. Tiene muy buenas instalaciones, las habitaciones son amplias y tienen muchos amenities."

"Loved everything! Great location, excellent beach club, helpful staff."

"Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...

"The room and property was stunning and we had an unbelievable time. If you don’t stay here you’ll regret it!"

"It was a wonderful locations and the rooms were clean. It was the slower season so there were things like unused furniture and umbrellas piled up and not stored away. Also, we weren’t told that the pool bar would not be open during our stay. It would have been nice to be able to get a cocktail while we enjoyed the pool area. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we would go back for sure!"

"Harper clean room. air was"

"The location is perfect, The staff is super helpful. We will definitely be back."

"I really liked the location. The hotel is located on the strip where you can shop and eat at really nice restaurants. People are kind and helpful. The beach is in walking distance. I have stayed there twice."

"Got a nice spacious corner room and balcony. But it had a side window that let in too much light and leaked upon heavy rain and caused puddles that were a slip hazard. They did promptly clean it up. They added a second layer of curtains, but not blackout ones, so did not help much. Accidentally broke a wine glass and they wanted to charge us 200 pesos, so we just went to supermarket and bought the same glass for 65 pesos. Wifi was erratic in the room so had to go downstairs for zoom meetings....

"La habitación muy reducida, con poco espacio y las cortinas de la ventana que dan hacia el pasillo no alcanzan a cubrir totalmente y con margen suficiente dicha ventana por lo que se alcanzan a ver los movimientos de las personas al interior de la habitación y más si tienes prendido el abanico de techo, lo que resta un poco de privacidad. Otro aspecto a considerar es que el A/A cuenta con un dispositivo adjunto con la llave de la habitación y solamente. funciona cuando estás dentro de ella....

"Na Balam is a lush oasis in the heat of the day. We stayed three nights in a ground level room with two double beds and a twin sized couch. There was also a couch on the porch which was an excellent reading nook/porch hangout. The service was great—adored the hotel staff. Na Balam isn’t beach front. The sister property across the street is and you go through it to get to the beach. It’s about a 90 second walk. The breakfast is pretty good. They give you coffee, half of a homemade English muffin...

"Rocamar has everything. Location. Soothing waves. Pool. Beach down the street. Blow dryer. Safe. Great ac and water. Soap. Shampoo. I only mention because one of my other stays did not have that. This is a guaranteed go to. The view!!"
