"Hey man, checked me in was very rude. I arrived late in the evening after a long trip and I said hello. How are you? And he replied with ID, credit card and ATM card. He failed to say hello or please. Then he informed me that they did not have the prepaid room I reserved in advance. He said he would give me the best room, a suite, but I could only stay in there one night and I could go and they would move our luggage. "It’s nice place but the pool is a lot smaller than the pictures and the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The other bummer was paying for parking I know that’s a thing now but it sucks and 1 free bottle of water would be nice instead of Nickel and dining you wherever they can. However it was clean and quit."

"Checked in and at first we were given a room on the first floor which I had never experienced before. Nonetheless the room was great, very spacious and the bed was big enough to fit my two small children along with my wife. Great experience overall."
