"We had an okay stay. Ran out of toilet paper, called to request and staff never delivered. TV went out an hour before checking out felt planned like they were pushing us out the door."

"Room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Fitness room had a lot of equipment and very clean. Pool was clean and large, there were a few mulch pieces pool side on floor, no air conditioning in pool area, and hot tub did not work . Would prefer they offered brewed coffee in lobby. There is a coffee shop inside for you to purchase. Breakfast is available to purchase inside restaurant."

"They do not change the comforters - the comforter and couch had dog hair on it. Bathrooms were clean but the place is in need of a deep clean and carpet cleaning - minor maintenance but the breakfast and coffee were decent and suite size was good but was not comfortable on a couch that clearly has not been cleaned if there is visible pet hair. Oh and lock your car. Apparently someone’s car was attempted to be stolen the evening before we arrived but the staff caught them.. weird kind of sketchy"

"I am a very simple person but when I got to a hotel two things are priority... cleanliness and kindness of staff. This hotel provided neither. We checked into our room and there was food on the floor that easily should of been swept up. The bed sheets and comforter all had stains on them. The sofa couch cushions were covered in stains. Hard surface areas had dust on them from lack of wiping them down. The pullout mattress itself looked clean but there was no bedding in the room so we called...

"One of the worst Holiday Inn stays. The shower wall had hair, the soap was not filled and it is not Dove! It’s a cheap off brand product. The guy at the front desk informed me upon check out that they are out of towels and whatever I had in my room will be all I get. When I go to my room, there was ONLY wash clothes and hand towels. Hallway to the room smelled like straight up chemicals. Overall, very disappointing stay.! Will not stay here again."
