"Clean room"

"Rooms are just a bit dated. The fold out couch not super comfortable. Overall the room was nice and comfortable. Large enough for all 4. Hotel was quiet. Lots in the area. Front staff was amazing. We did not use the pool or weight room but they looked nice. Cute outdoor seating area with basketball court and grills. Large area for the free breakfast."

"Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself."

"This is my favorite hotel to stay at once a week for work. Super clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. They accommodate my too floor request and frequent requests to check out late when possible.!"

"Took over two hrs just to get in our room after check in I missed out on time with my family waiting for Maitance to fix the door. They also where allowing people to run wild through the hotel Staff was very rude as well"

"My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back."

"The first morning the breakfast was great. The second morning the breakfast was terrible. No bowls, plates, coffee was empty, no sausage, no milk, it was just totally different experience one day to the next. The pool water was very cold. Room was ok. Nothing special. It was clean."

"There was a floral cleaning scent everywhere. I opened the window to my room to air it out, but when I closed it and turned on the fan, the scent was coming out with the fan air. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were very ok for the price of the room"
