"Hotel Kilbourne is a cool little hotel right on the Pier with access to the Jet Express. The photos online are accurate. All the staff with whom we interacted were very helpful and personable. The room was comfortable, with everything you would need for a weekend stay."

"Cleanliness of the room could definitely have been better. TV remote was missing from the room but a new one was brought up quickly when we called down to the desk. Check-in is a little confusing as where to go but with help from a staff member they got us taken care of. There is definitely a lot to do on the property. The free bowling plus wine and beer in the room is a great touch. "

"The staff were very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room and building were lovely and the amenities available were well stocked. The location was convenient. Breakfast was amazing. I legitimately have no complaints. "

"The property was nice and quiet. The grounds were beautiful. The cleaning staff were always cleaning the rooms, halls, etc. The comfort room had extra hall space, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The room has a microwave and fridge. Opportunities to improve: 1) No coffee pot in room, no coffee in the lobby. 2) Shampoo and conditioner bottles are tiny and I didn’t love the quality. FYI..Some rooms are very far from the lobby, pool, restaurants and require a lot of walking. "

"This is the perfect cheap hotel if you’re looking for a very basic overnight stay, or a basic stay in general in a CLEAN room. Check-in was perfect, got the room number and door code ahead of time so when we arrived we just walked into the room and that was it. Most cheap motels are dirty or scary and still charge nearly $100 because they have a coffee maker in the room. This place is much less expensive and very well-kept, doesn’t have a coffee maker or desk but had two night stands and a mini...
