"Great location close to many subway stations and incredible architecture. This hotel wasn't anything fancy but it was clean and cozy place to rest in the middle of a bustling city! The staff are very kind and helpful. You can't really go wrong!"

"The entire building was under construction and this was not noted before booking. Business room, gym, restaurant etc were all unable to be used. My husband had to conduct business in the hallway. Many of the floors were under construction and it looked bad. There was no room service and we felt like we should have stayed at a cheap hotel for the price we paid. "

"Granted, I only stayed here for one night (I was in town for a concert) but I found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly while checking in & out. It was also wonderful that they offer bag/luggage storage as an option because I arrived late due to flight delays & traffic and literally had to drop my bags off and head over the concert venue. From what I could tell the room I stayed in was very nice and clean, the hotel in general felt very safe and the property had a really nice vibe and...
