"The front desk staff and housekeeping was so pleasant. I loved every moment there. I was there on a surprise trip and they let me know where my brother-in-law and sister-in-law will be staying and they even told me when they arrived so we can collectively do the surprise. I will be coming back here again when I go to the area. "

"The first room we were assigned wasn't clean. I went down to the front desk and was assigned another room. After that small issue, everything was great. Staff was kind and pleasant. I would definitely recommend. "

"Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. The breakfast was good concerning it was included. The hotel is located right in the middle of everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future. "

"The hotel is room nice for the price range, and the lobby is great. Breakfast was awesome with scrambled eggs each day and alternating sausage or bacon and french toast or diced potatoes, and 2 waffle makers plus the standard continental breakfast options. The only pool (outside) looked a little green - but we never asked about it since we were using the "awake" portion of our day at Busch Gardens."

"From the first day, to the last day my experience with this hotel was everything I thought it would be and that’s excellent from customer service, cleanliness of my room to the breakfast was perfect. The only fault I seen was the indoor pool had to much chlorine in the pool and I could not see the bottom it was too mercury. Beyond the pool everything else was superb and perfect. Would definitely come back to this location."

"The property has been recently renovated and it looks great. Sherry and her team have gone above and beyond in providing great services and amenities at reasonable prices. "

"I will admit when I first saw the property I was a little skeptical however it is a older property it's been around in Williamsburg forever. In this day and age if you're paying $90 for a room you really cannot expect much but at least a clean room and that is what this Howard Johnson provided. I did not get to eat their breakfast but it's smelled good. It is in the area that has shopping, everything that you need if you're on vacation, it is a good vacation spot I did not notice if it had a...
