"Everything the staff on were so helpful, had a problem with the first ev changing bay but thankfully there was a spare, what’s annoying is people parking that clearly do not charge their car or have petrol park there because it’s closer to the hotel very frustrating, otherwise was perfect stay"

But overall we were very impressed with our first stay in a UK Holiday Inn, from the warm welcome at reception and the exceptionally clean room (nice touch was the handwritten welcome note on the bedside cabinet) to the standard of meals at dinner and the overall feel of the hotel. We will definitely return "
