"An incredible modern property. The infinity pool was amazing. The pool a little cold, but this is due to the time of year. Beautiful location such incredible scenery. The host tried to be as helpful as possible. They were happy to lend us a heater to warm up the apartment."

"We went to Licciana Nardi for a family wedding. Our group of 12 family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, etc) rented this home to stay close to the venue. We loved it! The pool was amazing. The views are fantastic. The owners were responsive to questions and the caretakers explained everything about the house. Very smooth process. Highly recommend!!!"

"Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Unterkunft. Die Zeit dort war sehr schön und erholsam. Der kurze Weg zum Eisladen war für das Portemonnaie gefährlich. Wir haben fast jeden Tag dort gegessen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super. Immer erreichbar und immer eine Lösung parat. Auch die Eigentümerin durften wir kennenlernen. Auch sehr angenehm. "The appartment is well situated between Reggio nell Emilia, Modena and Bologna and not far from the lovely hills of the Appenin Mountains hence offering lots of opportunities for biking and hiking. It has a large terrace which invites for having breakfeast in the morning and dinner in the evening. For this we would have liked the kitchen to be better equipped. "We hebben ondanks het weer ontzettend genoten van dit huis.Zonder verwarming begin mei is het huisje wel erg koud.Eigenaar Paolo wachtte ons op bij aankomst. Er stond een mand met lekkers klaar en drinken in de koelkast,. Alles was aanwezig, volleybalnet hing al klaar, tafeltennis en dart spullen. Ontzettend mooi uitzicht. Bedankt Paolo!"

"Omschrijving is niet geheel zoals het huis is. Nieuwe badkamers zijn toch wel ca 15 jaar geleden gerenoveerd schat ik in. De bovenste badkamer mochten we niet gebruiken ivm lekkage. Tijdens het eerste gebruik van de oven viel de stroom uit. De behulpzame buurvrouw heeft ons geholpen om een oplossing te bedenken. Verder hebben we een fijne vakantie gehad.
