"Beautiful place and confortable. The check in process was definitely a disappointing experience to me and I lost 1 night since I tried to communicate in every way possible with the hotel with ZERO success. I tried the number Expedia shared, I tried the number THEY share, Whatsapp, email… I asked if I could arrive at 9-10pm since they say check in ends at 5pm, at 8pm… I had some car rental hiccups and could get earlier. No one replied. The reception is usually alone, and at check out they were...

"Our large group of family and friends loved our stay. Even with spotty weather (Spring rains) we were either cozy or basking in the sun by the pool. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, thoughtful host….we loved this spot. Todi was wonderful too - very few tourists and lots of places to eat. This is our 4th villa stay and this is now one of our very favorites!"

"We had a luxurious time with friends and family for my wife's birthday. Local restaurants were great even in winter . Parking in Chiusi can be interesting. A memorable stay for all the right reasons"

Im Obergescgoss gab es keine Töpfe, keine Pfannen, keine Gläser kein Geschirr. In der Küche waren alle Schränke leer. Im Obergeschoss gab es 4 Tage kein heißes Wasser zum duschen. "Unfortunately we had a series of issues with this property, starting from the check in process. I was given the wifi password info by the agency that represents the house. We got in late at night due to a family emergency (the local manager knew). We got to the property and we could not connect to the wifi and none of us had any connection. We had to go close to town to connect. I tried calling the manager but she didn’t respond. We had to sit in the car till 3:30 AM so our daughter could finish...

"Wij hebben 2 weken doorgebracht in deze mooie locatie net buiten Viterbo. De eigenares en haar medewerkster waren heel behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het huis is volledig ingericht met alles wat nodig is en het is heel goed gelegen op een groot domein met olijfbomen en wijngaard waardoor rust gegarandeerd is. Er is een groot zwembad met veel ruimte errond met vele lounge- en relaxzetels. We kunnen deze locatie warm aanbevelen. "

Silvano der Gastgeber hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, auch wenn die Kommunikation mit ihm (er spricht ausschließlich italienisch) etwas schwierig war. Wir haben uns mit einer Übersetzungs-App halbwegs verständigen können. Aber es gibt einen Punkt, der meiner Meinung nach in die Beschreibung gehört: die Zufahrtsstraße zu dem Anwesen gleicht einem Felsenweg im tiefsten...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The place was clean and the view was stunning. Our host and Housekeeper were really helpful. I recommend this place. Just few things to notice: the place trully needs more equipments (corkscrew, shaper knives, toilet paper…)"

"It was only for a week but living there was a pleasure. Nearby towns had lots of interesting places to visit and good restaurants. The house itself was well fitted especially the kitchen which suited self catering groups as there are no restaurants within walking distance for those who like to drink with their evening meal. "The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."
