Pleasant and very helpful staff

My husband and I have just returned from an overnight stay. We had a lovely room on the 2nd floor. It was really clean and a good size. We used the leisure facilities which were also spotlessly clean. The pool is a great size and has loungers around it. Also great hairdryer and straighteners. We had dinner in the bar and the staff were great and really helpful. The food was lovely and well priced. We had a twin room and we both felt the beds were quite hard and a bit uncomfortable, it took us a while to get to sleep. Breakfast was a bit unorganized, when we arrived there were lots of tables but they hadn't been cleared so took a while to get a clean table. Other people came in and where walking about looking for tables. The breakfast itself was lovely with a good selection of cereal, fruit, yogurt and pastries. My husband also enjoyed a cooked breakfast. I can only assume that they were short staffed in the morning. The hotel is lovely and the staff are really nice and welcoming.
