"Even though we paid in full in advance, we were charged an extra $15 per day to use the pool. We stayed for 5 nights so that should be $75 but $105.28 was charged to our credit card in 3 separate transactions. I can't tell if it's fraud or incompetence and I don't have the energy to fight it, which is probably why they do it. They do no employ enough cleaning staff to clean all of the rooms. We were in the room when the housekeeper came and we asked that they come back later but they never...

"We travel quite a bit, and this was one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed at. Everything from the room to the public areas, such as the pools. Great price for what you get! The staff were also super friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. Pool areas are very nice inside and out, and I loved that there was a 2 ft pool for our toddlers. Would definitely stay here again."

"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."
