Like they were very new and didn't have enough silverware or plates, cups and glasses. We had enough as it was only 2 of us, but if you had more, you would have been short. "Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. "

"I can't speak for the Royalton as a whole, but the hideaway staff was amazing! All inclusive resorts have never been an interest to me. I went because friends love it and I trust them. I am not a convert but I can honestly say it was a great experience. The amenities and food were good but the staff felt like my family. "I made perfect choice booking the guest house whoch was close to Castries. The place was clean and so very comfortable. Well equiped kitchen with everything you would need for the trip. What sold me was the service. Anne, the owner is a super wonderful host. We arrived on the ferry after 9pm. She collected us from ferry dock.
