"The hotel was great. The only downside is their shuttle service is poor. We waited at the airport for about 30 minutes and gave up on the shuttle and took an uber. We were told you had to wait until check-in to book the shuttle to the port only to be told it was full. Again Uber was the answer. Don’t waste time on the shuttle!!!!"

My 9 year old son had a soccer tournament in Newark, with an 8am game on Saturday morning. Wanted to grab him the buffett breakfast before leaving at 7. I was not planning on eating (need to eat with medication around 9), they wouldn’t let me even help him scoop his food if I didn’t pay. We were one of the first ones there, plenty of space. "Great location with quick access to the airport and route 95, Food is great, staff are generally friendly Would definitely choose again and recommend others"

"Sauberes Zimmer, Badezimmertür war kaputt und ließ sich nicht schließen, eine Reparatur war in zwei Wochen nicht möglich. Man hat uns aber ein Tauschzimmer angeboten. Der Flughafentransfer klappt wunderbar und kommt zweimal die Stunde und bringt einen an die jeweiligen Terminals. Bei Ankunft, war der Shuttle auch leicht zu finden bei P3, alles ausgeschildert. "

"No parking AT ALL bc the hotel rents out their parking lot to airport staff for short ter parking. However, front desk staff when we checked in that night was a very pleasant fellow. "

"The hotel was close to the airport, and that was important to me. The staff was very cordial, welcoming, and professional. The property outside had some trash on the road, and the parking lot had several potholes. The interior is well-maintained and cleaned. The room was spacious and well-equipped. We didn't use the airport shuttle, but it was available. "
