"The hotel was great. The only downside is their shuttle service is poor. We waited at the airport for about 30 minutes and gave up on the shuttle and took an uber. We were told you had to wait until check-in to book the shuttle to the port only to be told it was full. Again Uber was the answer. Don’t waste time on the shuttle!!!!"

"People very nice. This building must have been built in the 70’s. Remodels of older hotels often miss the mark. Still have spackled ceilings and bathroom needs fully refreshed. Exposed receptacles and ceiling wires exposed. Not up to snuff for a Hilton brand. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, easy check in. You do have to pay for parking and it was around $26 a day I believe. There is a coffee shop downstairs but for a regular cup of coffee it’s over $5. Pool was clean and goes up to just above 5 feet deep. The gym was really sad. Any equipment I tried it was broken. "Hallways look very low budget. Room numbers are cut out of paper and taped on the door. Looks ghetto. But great location if you are boarding a boat. Continental Breakfast is absolutely terrible. Don’t bother. Staff are very lovely and very helpful. Rooms once inside are pretty good. Beds are very comfortable "

"No parking AT ALL bc the hotel rents out their parking lot to airport staff for short ter parking. However, front desk staff when we checked in that night was a very pleasant fellow. "
