"The facilities available for children are very good however the rooms need some upgrades and tlc. We paid for two rooms and both rooms were dirty and not maintained. We reported the issues and a housekeeper cleaned again and a porter removed the stain from the floor. This was also case for the second ..."

Novotel Cardiff Centre
"Its a bit 15 to 20 minutes walk tk city Center and the Cardiff Bay. But locations was quiet and clean. Staff was great except the one bartender named Sayad. Very grumpy and rude to customers."

Park Plaza Cardiff
"The room was really big with great amenities. The check in was really good, the lady checked us in called Zoe who was so friendly and helpful! We stayed for a concert at the castle and it was a 10 min walk max, great!"
