"I think it's a good place to stay whilst in Cardiff, rooms and toilets are fine, showers are a bit outdated but still ok.. Location wise is close to centre. And there isn't really staff around, but not needed cause everything is online and easy to check in and out. I'd stay there again."

The Angel Hotel
"Staff as always polite, helpful and welcoming… The room itself could do with some updating, the toilet bowl could maybe do with some bleach and unfortunately couldn’t use shower as it was over the bath which I struggle with.. but it hasn’t stopped me staying and enjoying time out of everyday ..."

"The staff were absolutely Superb, so helpful, room wasn’t ready but that was 1 o’clock they took my phone number and rang and we still got in the room an hour before we should have, the staff behind the bar offered to make cocktails even if it wasn’t on the menu and the staff up the spa were excellent ..."

Future Inns Cardiff Bay
"I'm a regular visitor to Cardiff and always stay here. It's easy to get to and there's always loads of free parking. Staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are huge and have a bath and heated towel rail, which I find useful. It's quiet and you never have to wait long for the lift. Special thanks ..."
