"We stayed one night at the hotel so we could explore Old San Juan. The rooms were very unique and the building was very neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful with suggestions in the area. We checked out that morning to do a local tour and they held our luggage until it was over. We really enjoyed the hotel"

"I absolutely loved this place! I adore colonial-style architecture, and this hotel gave me exactly that. I fell in love with its charming streets, the beautiful view from the balcony, and the room itself. The exposed wooden beams on the ceiling, the décor, the beautiful wooden doors, and the craftsmanship throughout were simply stunning. The only thing I regret is not staying longer so I could enjoy this beautiful place even more. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Music across the street for a club was active all night and morning. Unclear instructions on breakfast so we didn't get breakfast. Our car rental reservation through expedia was terrible no cars available. Finally received a car at 4am and arrived at the location at 5am. We rested from 5am and checked out at 10am."
