"We really enjoyed our time in this house. It was such a treat to stay in a neighborhood with trails, a dock to fish from, and a safe yard for the kids to play in. The kitchen is well stocked here. The bathrooms are really nice and the couch is super comfortable. We are hoping to come back this summer. "

"Great home base for a laid-back beach trip to Cape Charles with the family. We couldn't find some of the beach items listed, but the owner was really responsive in helping make sure we had access to what we needed. "

"Open floor plan first floor with lots of light, this property is modern, clean, and very welcoming. Plenty of rooms to have private, quiet time. Use of the golf cart made beach and ice cream trips very easy. Thank you to the Sabos!!"

"A couple of things I had to call the management company two hours prior to our arrival to gain the access code to the home because my brothers were arriving before me and I was in flight during the 4 o’clock check in time. Are you short term rentals myself And we give the access code three days in advance this way my party or my renters all have as good time to disperse the number to their family in case something comes up when we arrived.
