"The location and beach are amazing! To have your own private beach (share with only a few parties) is a dream! The cottage was adorable and just what I needed as I stayed there on my own for most of the trip. Highly recommend! "

"Couldn’t get any closer to the beach! Wonderful sunrises, plenty of beach toys, great fun for our 4 year old grandson. The only issue for us seniors was the solitary first floor bathroom! Otherwise heavenly. "

"In one word AMAZING! We rented this property to gather our immediate family, adult children and grandchildren. We had a tragedy in our family as my oldest son was killed, this made our once close family, split apart. This property was so beautiful and such a happy place to be that my prayers were answered my family began the healing process. The location and the views one could not be unhappy. Thank you Jason for helping to make the stay amazing!"

"Nicole deserves a raise! She was helpful and informative with any of our inquiries. The unit could use a few more pans etc. for reheating the delicious Maine fried seafood! Bathroom could use a new shower curtain and grout! Would definitely stay here again!! "

"The location is quite a walk from the pier, but it is directly on the ocean. The parking is horrible.The room was not very clean. I cleaned the air conditioner because it was pushing out dust,etc.We will never stay here again."

"We had a great time, and the layout works well for groups with kids. The two separate living spaces on the ground floor allow the kids to spend time in one and adults to enjoy themselves in the other. Easy walk to the beach. I don't recall the limitations of Moody beach being detailed in the reservation, but we had a good time."

"Great location and property. It's a 2 minute walk to the sand. Matt was a great host and everything was clean and well kept. Our only feedback is that the beds and sheets/comforters were not the greatest. We would still stay again, but the beds and bedding need to be improved and I suggest queen size mattresses vs full-size in the 2 larger bedrooms. "

"The place was clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. A simple place within one block of the ocean. Can’t beat that! When we had an issue with WiFi, they responded promptly and all was rectified very quickly. Easy access upon arrival and clear directions about departure. Would recommend ."

"We Sandpiper Cottage. Everything was just perfect. Our hosts really thought of everything! Location was great, close to town and beach. It was the two of us and my pup. There’s even a dog park close by. We loved it and will definitely return!! "
