"Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast needs a little more variety, but it was well served and staff were refilling and cleaning as needed it. People at front desk were nice."

"Despite a very nice exterior and attractive photos online, not the same inside at all. Overall, dated facility. Bathroom was not clean. Room in Poor repair- towel rack coming out of wall, door handle hanging out of door, bottom of bathroom door was mangled. The first night, bath towels provided were like sandpaper. We threw them all in a pile and prayed for replacements. A third of our showers had some warmth. Otherwise, cold showers. The front desk lady spoke to me like a child and was...

Parking was inadequate for handicap access, but staff did their best with options and moving hotel vehicles.
