"Location is about 1-2 miles away from the ocean so no "ocean view". We stayed a week prior to the "summer" season starting so parking was easy and close to your room. The rooms, grounds and amenities were extremely clean and well taken care of. Office staff were friendly and very helpful - tended to a small problem right away and very accommodating. Access to the highway and nearby stores was easy - but here again, a bit off-season, I would definitely stay there again."

"This stay barely gets an approval… The advertised breakfast and fitness room were in the next door property - so using them was beyond a hassle (so I did not). The room’s door did not have a deadbolt, so I moved the couch in front of it to give some peace of mind. After my first shower (the tub floor was warped and creaky) the water would not turn off - thankfully this was a day time shower and someone was available to fix the problem. "Cute smaller hotel. Could use some updating like carpeting in main areas and worn looking pool and hot tub, and in room tubs and toilets. But overall for price and how amazing the staff is, my family and I will definitely be back. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, and I loved the pillows. Our room had a jacuzzi tub, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker, plus you can ask the front desk for an electric hotplate so you can cook meals in room. "This was the best place I stayed. However, it was not at the Inn for which I paid. When I arrived, no one was in the office, but I ran into some guys renovating the property. The called the boss for me, and he put me at a much nicer property at Staybridge Suites, 34521 Old Postal Lane, Lewes. That was the nicest place Instayed on this vacations so far and the breakfast was the best. The WiFi was flawless."
