"Very old and cheap-looking building. The staff use the same elevator as guests, so during checkout time I had to wait 15-20 minutes for an elevator with enough space for me and my luggage. The elevator area is completely open, so it was very hot. The AC in the room was too loud, which woke up my 2-year-old baby twice during the night. The balcony is dangerous for small children — the gaps in the railing are too wide, and a baby can easily fall through. The bathroom is very old, small, but clean....

"Likes: 15th floor ocean view room was nice. 3rd floor ocean view room was not as nice it had slight ocean view then side of building. (No chance at a room change, all rooms booked per manager) hallways were very dirty. Our patio was always wet because the condensation from the AC drained onto the carpet. We were able to get into one of our two rooms before check-in and that was great. Didn’t get info on things like garbage, checkout, etc on check-in. But they wanted us to visit the time share...

"Room and property are very clean - almost brand new. Easy access to the beach and the pool was lovely. Room was well equipped, note you won't get housekeeping unless you have a long stay. Wish I'd realized this wasn't a traditional hotel - you'll be bothered at least twice to try and get you to go to the "vacation club" presentation. It's a timeshare by another name and they will hard sell you - up to you if a resort credit is worth half of day of your vacation. Staff were otherwise very nice,...

"It was a last minute booking and paid way too much for what we got ( my fault) Wish I would have known it was more of a family vibe. Lots of kids in the hot tub. Never had any towels out. Getting in and out of the elevators was CRAZY… checking in was awful, trying to get in that crowded parking lot to get your things to your room. Next time I want to go to Myrtle Beach it will be a much smaller place."

"Nice hotel and spacious. Staff are professional and courteous. Hotel near Barefoot Landing and Broadway at Myrtle Beach. I stayed a week and had a great time. Restaurant downstairs food was delicious."

"Our room was really nice and had a wonderful view. The pool was a little dirty the entire trip despite there being a pool cleaner person. People would come up off the beach and swim in the pool that weren’t guests at Indigo so that was a little annoying. There’s also nowhere to hang your towels in the bathroom."

"This is a very nice hotel. The staff was okay. When I asked about pork free breakfast meat options I was told they didn’t have any today, but I found out they did have chicken sausage earlier. It felt very much like brush off when I asked. So, when someone else in my party explained yes they did have it that annoyed me a bit.
