" Check-in was not a pleasant experience. Three people on staff and not one smiled or greeted the guests like they were happy to have them(us) staying with them. Bathroom had a lighted mirror that did NOT work with no other light in the room. No toiletries except one tiny bar of soap. No hangers at all. No trash cans or wastebaskets. Very dirty hallways with large debris that lay there the whole length of our stay. Would NOT advise staying here. "

"Amazing view! Very nice staff! We had a canceled flight home and i contacted this hotel about a early check in and out the following day and they were more than happy to accommodate. The restaurant made great drinks and were nice as well. The 2 pools and 2 hot tubs were great. We will be back for sure. I have nothing bad to say. "

"La habitación que asignaron estaba justo al lado de la puerta de entrada al edificio y fue molesto pues la puerta al momento de cerrar, lo hacía con demasiada fuerza, creando un fuerte sonido en cada ingreso y egreso de las personas, sumado a esto, no hay una regla que especifique horas para dejar de hacer ruido, puesto que toda la noche estuvieron entrando y saliendo huéspedes , además de estar gritando y halando fuerte. "

"The condo was adorable and clean for the most part. The floors need to be cleaned better, they looked clean but weren’t. The pull out couch wasn’t cleaned at all. When we opened it there was little balls of candy that fell on the floor, and it looked like the sheets had not been changed. "
