  • Nuestro condominio tiene una ubicación fantástica y vistas impresionantes del océano Caribe, ya que es una propiedad de Oceanside donde tiene la comodidad de nuestra playa local, acceso al centro de la ciudad (restaurantes típicos mexicanos, supermercados, bares, etc.), estar dentro de un A 5 minutos a pie de la terminal de ferris de Isla Mujeres y con todas las atracciones de la Zona Hotelera (hoteles, restaurantes, Wet-n-Wild, transbordadores, etc.) a poca distancia en auto. ¡Puede disfrutar de lo mejor de Cancún para todos los gustos en 10 a 20 minutos desde su casa de vacaciones!

    El condominio es parte del desarrollo "Amara". En Amara encontrará hermosos jardines, áreas de barbacoa, una gran área de piscina fantástica junto al mar, una maravillosa palapa en la piscina y la playa.

    El condominio es muy espacioso (130 m2 = 1,400 pies cuadrados) con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. También contamos con un área de televisión, comedor y sala de estar, todas con excelentes vistas del océano. Una de nuestras áreas favoritas del condominio es nuestra gran terraza (14 m2 = 150 pies cuadrados) con una vista increíble (como se puede ver en algunas de las fotos y leer de nuestras críticas) del Caribe, Isla Mujeres y el Hotel de Cancún Zona (nunca nos cansamos de tomar un café por la mañana o una copa de vino por la tarde con esta vista).

    Cuando alquile nuestro condominio le proporcionaremos todo lo que necesita para su experiencia diaria: toallas, sábanas, platos, vasos, tazas, cubiertos, etc. También tenemos máquinas de lavado y secado para que su estancia sea lo más cómoda posible. La seguridad en el complejo es muy buena ya que contamos con un equipo de seguridad privado que trabaja en el sitio las 24 horas del día. En cuanto a las compras, tenemos una tienda al otro lado de la calle y una tienda de comestibles Walmart (llamada Superama, muy parecida a Publix en los EE. UU.) A 5 minutos en coche.

    Nuestro administrador de propiedades hará que la entrada y salida sea una experiencia muy fácil y puede ayudarle con las preguntas o necesidades que pueda tener durante su estancia con nosotros.

    Realmente creemos que podemos ofrecerle una gran experiencia, con una ubicación fantástica en un nuevo complejo a un precio muy asequible. Puedes echar un vistazo a nuestras reseñas, las personas que se han quedado con nosotros han sido muy felices.

    Las familias son muy bienvenidas en nuestro condominio, con niños de cualquier edad. Para grupos solo para adultos (sin padres en el grupo), debido a los estatutos de nuestro edificio tenemos una restricción de más de 25 años para grupos de adultos. Esta es una propiedad no fumadora.

DON'T RENT THIS PLACE... IT'S DISGUSTING

I've stayed in several short-stay rentals. I usually choose the cheaper places because I prefer to spend my money on excursions. So, I'm not surprised when the place that I rent is a little outdated... but this place was filthy and infested with ants. There also was no hot water in either of the bathrooms. All of the walls were white and dirty. The glass shower door were so filthy that you couldn't see through them and the shower floors were slimey. The blue dish drain in the picture is covered in mildew and the utensils had food caked on them. I wish this review allowed me to post pictures because I took several. DON'T RENT THIS PLACE!!!

Worst VRBO we ever stayed at

Where do I begin? Our stay was close to being a nightmare. Every day it was something else. The first night we showered and the water stunk. It took us 5 to 10 minutes to get hot water while we were there and then halfway through the shower the water would be cold. The kitchen was greasy and the cooking ware had dry food on it. We had a smidge of salt and no pepper but we hesitated to use it anyway because the shakers were so dirty. One morning there was a pool of water at the entrance to the master bedroom. We couldn’t figure out where the water had come from because it was in the middle of no water source. We left for a few hours and came back to find three people cleaning up the water. Then we had no water at all for a few hours. The showers definitely needed to be recaulked and one of the fixtures fell off when we were trying to use the shower. The microwave was in the dining room which was quite inconvenient and the mop and bucket and other cleaning utensils were in a corner of the kitchen. There was an no curtain or anything to hide them they just were right out in the open. The dish strainer was covered in water residue as was the counter and some food was in it also. We actually ended up buying a new pan to make breakfast in. After the water incident we tried to get a hold of the property manager who had said she was going to be coming over that evening but she never came and we were unable to reach her by phone for the remainder of our stay. You need to be aware that if you want to watch TV but do not speak Spanish you’re out of luck. The lightbulb in the master bathroom with burnt out and the hairdryer in the master bathroom was broken. We left two days early and stayed in a hotel. . this is not a place that you would enjoy staying at in the conditions that we experienced.

Sehr schöne Aussicht aber Appartement im schlechten Zustand

Das Appartement ist groß und hat eine tolle Aussicht allerdings ist es im sehr schlechten Zustand und muss dringend renoviert werden. Der Herd war sehr schmutzig voller Fettflecken und Pfannen und Töpfe gehören entsorgt. Kein einziges Willkommensgeschenk.

Excellent Place

I really recommend this place. I give it a 5 stars because I had no issues at all with the condo. Pool was very clean and pool water temperature was great. We enjoyed the pool every night and happy it closed at 11pm. Ultramar Ferry was like 5 min walk from the condo. Puerto Santo restaurant is a great place to eat. Bego was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions and concerns and will reply back quick. I will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful view and nice pool area

We loved how clean the place was and how fast the property manager answered when we had a question. The gardens and the pool area were also very nice. We had kids with us so it was a little frustrating when we found out that we couldn’t have inflatables in the pool (it was almost empty most of the time!). We couldn’t use the gym although the listing offered the gym as one of its perks (the manager explained that this was a new rule). The convenience store right across the street from the condo came in handy since there is not a lot to walk to... we didn’t rent a car but public transportation and taxis made it easier. Was also great to have the boat to Isla Mujeres so close. Overall, we had a nice experience and the cost/benefit was fair.

Third time staying there and very disappointed!!!

This place used to be very nice 5 years ago but it is a mismanaged s*** hole now. First off there is no spraying for mosquitoes and they will eat you alive inside your condo or out. Second this place has more rules than a convent!!! Security will not let you play with any beach ball or play any kind of music by the pool. The condo me and my family ( total of 11 people) had ants inside rooms. There was also a natural gas leak that some residents did not have gas for a couple of days. The pool looked like they barely serviced it!! All in all. I will stop recommending this place and will be my last time staying there. I was told by a couple of security guards that some owners that reside there don’t really like them renting out to VRBO. Don’t spend your time or money on this place. There are very similar prices even in the hotel zone.

Enjoyed our stay!

Great location and accommodations! We were 4 ladies enjoying a short vacation and I truly appreciated the security at this condo. Security at the front gate and security in the building where the condo was located. The grounds were beautiful and so was the pool. It was nice having a bar/cafe right by the pool and the restaurant just a few steps down the beach was wonderful! The condo itself had everything you need for a great stay and the view was wonderful. This place is not located in the Hotel district which I enjoyed because of the peace and quiet. The ferry was just a couple block from the condo, comfortable walking distance which was great since we went to the island for a day trip. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Fabulous location, great view wonderful condo!

The Amara Cancun is a great location with wonderful amenities. The condo is large and comfortable with good internet access. We really enjoyed our stay the beds were comfortable, view amazing, kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were new. There is everything you will need for a great vacation in Cancun. Near the hotel zone, the Puerto Juarez Ultra Mar ferry dock, El Meco ruins and Isla Blanca

Perfect setting for what we were looking for!

We had a great experience here. The condo itself was roomy and clean. Directions and information ahead of time was helpful in getting to the place from the airport. Bego was there to assist us and let us in. The complex is a good size, which made it easy and personable. We liked the location as were wanted a more authentic stay (away from all the tourists). We were able to enjoy close restaurants and a quick walk to the ferry for Isla Mujeres. The security people were friendly. We enjoyed the pool and the workout room, as well as our deck. The restaurant on site wasn't the greatest, and we did wish they served breakfast, but it was something. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice large clean place with nice views

Nice large clean condo with nice views of the property and ocean. The condo is in a secure condo community, large beautiful pool, cabana, on site restaurants. Large deck with great view. The location is approximately 15 miles from Cancun which is not a problem is you have a car. Direct route on major roads. Wal-Mart supermarket is a mile away. The only problem with the condo was the degrees of the hot water. We wanted it hotter so they turned up the water heater. The only additional problem was the lack of hot water in the kitchen unless you first turn on the hot water in the guest first. We reported the problem. Lorena was very nice and accommodating. This was a good value unless you want to be on hotel zone. Very safe, substantial security.

Beautiful ocean front property!

We enjoyed our stay at Amara Condos. Bego was very accommodating and friendly. As mentioned in previous posts, be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. In addition, if you wish to do any laundry, be sure to bring some detergent packets or be prepared to buy some at the market. Unfortunately for us, we had 4 straight days of rain due to a tropical storm, but that was a unique experience in and of itself. We enjoyed looking out to the ocean and were happy with our stay. The bar staff were great and really friendly. The beach is not really a beach. It seems like sand is poured on cement, but the pool is amazing. If it were better weather, we would have used it much more! It would be nice to have a rack for hand towels in the bathrooms and a rack or shelf in the shower so that you do not have to put items on the floor. The master bathroom shower was clogged. I was quickly standing in a large puddle of water, but my husband was able to clear it on our 2nd day.

Good Value

The condo was very spacious but needed attention. The furnishings were a bit worn: vanity trim falling off, shower scum apparent, cracked dishes. The price was very good so if you are able to overlook these issues then it is a great place to stay. The exterior of the property was well maintained.

Perfect home away from home

What a great place to call home for the week. The space was so nice(even tho' there were just two of us) and sitting on the balcony in the morning to watch the sunrises, the ferries go back and forth and listen to the quiet....and at the end of the day, so relaxing. Pool area was very nice but we were disappointed with the beach....so much seaweed and so rocky. We did lots of walking, took the ferry to Isla Mujerus, and ate a great meals at Mandinga and Pik Nik. We would definitely come back and would recommend this place to our friends. Thank you Lorena and Humberto for your communication too.

A nice place

The apartment is a good location with a great view from the living room. The complex has a very big and beautiful pool by the beach. It has a small café by the pool for drinks and food also. There is also a nice seafood restaurant on the beach next to the complex It is next to a port where you can take a ferry to Mujeres island. One drawback is the mattress in the master bedroom is very soft, not good for people like me who has back pain.

Nice, clean and very secured condo,

The condo was spacious, clean and the building was very secured, however the location is not convience and far away from the activity center . Renters should plan to have a rental car to get to restaurant and market. Some suggestion for the condo : the internet is needed to be upgraded.

Imovel Muito Bom

O imóvel é muito confortável, espaçoso e aconchegante. Tem tudo o que precisa para a temporada. Também é organizado, chegamos no condomínio e já estava autorizada a nossa entrada possuindo o nome dos hospedes. O atendimento do responsável pelo imóvel é muito gentil, prestativo e disponível. Como o imóvel está localizado perto de um porto, a praia não oferece condições de banho, mas o acesso a linhas de ônibus é excelente, com facilidade pode chegar as praias, mercados, etc., rapidamente. Os proprietários estiveram disponíveis para esclarecer as dúvidas sobre o imóvel e o pagamento do aluguel ocorreu dentro do contratado.

Great place to stay!

We had a very pleasant stay, The apartment was very clean and enough space to accommodate all in our group, the complex is kept Very clean at all times. Owner made all the reservation process very easy and responding to all questions really quick even made a word document with different suggestions on what to do in the area, directions, etc. Apartment manager (Bego) was on time waiting for us to provide details on the apartment at check in, There was a couple of items we had questions on the following day and she was always available on her cell phone. We would definitely return in the future!

Awesome property and service.

An excellent place to stay if you love to visit Isla Mujeres and want to be away from hotel zone, however its a quick 10 minute cab ride over to that side. We walked over to the ferry twice in our stay and LOVED the ability to easily get to Isla Mujeres . The condo is clean and spacious and the AC was a godsend in the hot summertime. I loved the view and the pool and the restaurant. Humberto and Lorena are gracious and impeccable in service towards their guests.

BREATHTAKING VIEWS

The condo was amazing, so modern and the view was the highlight of my stay. You can see all of Cancun hotel zone and the ferry to isla mujeres was next to us , easy to walk to and take. Unforgettable trip. Lorena and Humberto were so helpful and we're so nice to let us in before checking in time.
